Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Bertanggungjawab atas pengawasan transaksi keuangan perusahaan dan penginputan ke program accounting ( Accurate )

• Mengecek kesesuaian antara transaksi keuangan dengan dokumen pendukung

• Memastikan kelengkapan dan keakuratan dokumen untuk seluruh transaksi AP ( Account Payable )

• Pembuatan voucher hutang bank dan leasing untuk setiap bulannya

• Pengecekan dokumen atas pembayaran tiket / travel, dll

• Pengecekan dokumen tagihanPengecekan upah operator

• Menyusun laporan keuangan bulanan, kuartalan, dan tahunan yang akurat dan tepat waktu.

• Membuat prakiraan keuangan (forecasting) untuk memprediksi performa bisnis

• Memastikan seluruh pelaporan finansial mematuhi Standar Akuntansi Keuangan (SAK) atau IFRS.

Kualifikasi:

• Pendidikan S1 Akuntansi

• Memiliki pengalaman dibidang akuntansi / controller minimal 3 tahun, atau yang pernah bekerja di KAP

• Memiliki pemahaman tentang pajak

• Memiliki kemampuan komputer Microsoft Excel, termasuk Hlookup, Vlookup

• Memiliki kemampuan Accurate

• LakiLaki, Memiliki kemampuan bahasa Inggris dan Mandarin ( nilai plus )

• Mampu membaca laporan keuangan

• Mempunyai pemahaman akuntansi dan sistem keuangan dengan baik

• Teliti, cekatan, menyukai pekerjaan yang berhubungan dengan angka dan hitungan

• Memiliki kemampuan leadership dan mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan

• Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan koordinasi yang baik
